BREAKING NEWS: Raven No-Longer HRPW Champion - NEW CHAMPION TO BE CROWNED IN TWO WEEKS!

The board has decided that due to the High Risk Pro Wrestling World Heavyweight Championship being inactive for well over 18-months since Raven has been champion that it’s in the interest of fairness to vacate the Championship.

As of today, 13th March 2010 Raven has been vacated of the HRPW World Heavyweight Championship.

“We are filming our new TV show Live Wire in two weeks time at the Northern Wolves Soccer Club in Elizabeth East and we feel that our World champion should be on our product.” Said Miss. Samantha Rose.

It’s been public knowledge that HRPW had been trying to secure a deal with Raven to return to Australia to defend the belt in March, but apparently the deal couldn’t get finalised said Miss Samantha Rose.

“Unfortunately we couldn’t reach an agreement with the now former World Champion Raven to come down for this tour. He was originally coming before Al Snow was confirmed, but due to scheduling conflicts it didn’t eventuate.”

On Friday 26th March 2010 at the Kilburn Football and Cricket Club (Lionel Avenue, Blair Athol, SA) we will be holding an 8 man 2 round tournament to crown a new HRPW World Heavyweight Champion.

We will have 4 singles matches with the winners of each match advancing to a four way dance main event to crown the new champion!

Participants confirmed so far are:

AL SNOW, The Polynesian Warrior MANA, Cannonball KRIS TAYLOR and BLAKE The Man MITCHELL.

More to be confirmed soon.
